Meet Fear

‘Meet Fear’, inspired by Chiharu Shiota depicts how fear is individually forged through actions and identities. The scale and wire target the audience’s view of fear as something constantly surrounding you. String and common objects, as inspired by Shiota, aim to show the embodiment of fear and what it has meant to me through a site-specific installation. Its interactive role prompts the audience to leave their fear behind through written word, depicting different fears and their consequences.
